Like many of us, I have walked through seasons of struggle, growth, heartbreak, healing, and transformation.
These experiences have shaped not only who I am as a person, but how I show up in this work. They have taught me the importance of compassion, connection, resilience, and the profound healing that becomes possible when we feel supported and understood.
My intention is to offer a compassionate space where you can slow down, exhale, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten, buried, or waiting to be heard.
Wildly Nourished was created
from my heart.
After years of working in mental health and walking through my own healing journey, I began to feel that something deeper was missing. I saw how often people were supported through their minds, but not always held in the fullness of who they are-their bodies, their hearts, their stories, their nervous systems, their spirits, and the parts of themselves they may have learned to hide, silence, or disconnect from.
As I began exploring yoga, Ayurveda, Tantra, Reiki, embodiment, and my own path back to myself, something inside me awakened. I started to understand healing in a much more alive and expansive way. Healing was not just about talking, understanding, or surviving. It was about feeling, softening, reclaiming, remembering, coming back into relationship with the body, the heart, the soul, and the truth of who we are.
Wildly Nourished was born from my desire to offer care that feels human, sacred, grounded, and real.
A space where you are not rushed, judged, or treated like something to be fixed. A space where your pain is honoured, your wisdom is welcomed, and your whole self is invited into the room.
I bring my professional experience, my lived understanding, my presence, my compassion, and my deep belief that every person holds their own medicine within.
To be wildly nourished is to remember your power. It is to come home to your body, trust your intuition, honour your truth, and begin living in a way that feels more authentic, more connected, and more aligned with the life your soul is here to live.
