What services do you offer?
Wildly Nourished offers three pathways of support, care, and connection:
Counselling
Trauma-informed, whole-person support for individuals, youth ages 11+, couples, and families. Sessions are available in person on the acreage or virtually.
Nourishing Rituals
Intentional facials and teeth-whitening services created to help you slow down, feel cared for, and reconnect with your confidence and radiance.
Wildly Nourished Offerings
Yoga, women’s gatherings, workshops, seasonal experiences, and community spaces designed to support movement, connection, self-discovery, and nourishment in everyday life.
Each offering is rooted in the same intention: creating space to feel more supported, connected, and at home within yourself.

How do I get started?
Getting started is simple.
You can book a session directly through my online booking site, where you can choose the service, date, and time that feels right for you.
If you are not quite sure where to begin, you are also welcome to request a complimentary consultation through email or online booking. This is a gentle, no-pressure chance to ask questions, share a little about what you are looking for, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Wildly Nourished is a space that honours the whole of you—not only what you are thinking, but also what you are feeling, carrying in your body, experiencing in your relationships, and moving through in everyday life.
My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply human. I believe healing is not about being fixed or pushed to become someone new. It is about creating enough safety to understand yourself more deeply and reconnect with the parts of you that may have been buried beneath stress, survival, trauma, or expectations.

Counselling for the whole you means recognizing that we are not made up of separate parts.
What happens in our lives can live in our thoughts, our emotions, our bodies, our nervous systems, our relationships, our hearts, and our sense of meaning or connection. Sometimes we can understand something logically, yet still feel it in our chest, our stomach, our sleep, our energy, or the way we relate to the people we love.
Rather than only focusing on symptoms or thoughts, we make space for all of you. Together, we can explore what your mind is holding, what your body may be communicating, what your heart has been carrying, and what you need to feel more connected, grounded, and supported.
This work is about gently bringing those pieces back into relationship with one another, so you can feel more whole, more present, and more at home within yourself.

My hope is that a session feels warm, grounding, and easy to settle into, like sitting with someone who genuinely sees you, cares about your story, and can hold space for what feels hard.
You do not need to show up polished, prepared, or pretending that everything is okay. You do not need to have the right words, a clear plan, or feel like you have it all together.
This is a space where you can bring your real self, the messy parts, the tender parts, the uncertain parts, and the parts of you that may be tired of carrying so much alone.
Together, we make room for what is ready to be seen, felt, understood, or gently explored. There is no pressure to force anything open before you are ready. We move with care, curiosity, and respect for your pace.
My role is to help you feel safe enough to soften, be honest, and reconnect with the wisdom that is already within you.

Stress and difficult experiences can show up in many ways—racing thoughts, a tight chest, exhaustion, shutting down, people-pleasing, irritability, numbness, or always feeling like you need to keep going.
Nervous system support means gently becoming more aware of these responses and learning ways to feel safer, more grounded, and more present in your daily life. Depending on what feels right for you, this may include body awareness, grounding practices, breathwork, mindfulness, gentle movement, or simply learning to understand your own signals with more compassion.

No.
You do not need a diagnosis or a crisis to deserve support. Counselling can be helpful during difficult seasons, major transitions, relationship challenges, grief, stress, burnout, or times when you simply feel disconnected from yourself.
You are allowed to seek support because you want to understand yourself more deeply, feel better in your life, or make space for your own well-being.

Feeling safe and comfortable with your counsellor matters.
You are welcome to book a complimentary consultation to ask questions, share a little about what you are looking for, and get a sense of whether my approach feels like a good fit. There is no pressure to know right away.
You deserve support where you feel respected, heard, and able to show up as yourself.

In-person sessions are held on my peaceful acreage in a cozy 20-foot bell tent, surrounded by open skies, nature, and space to breathe.
Depending on the season and what feels most supportive for you, we may meet in the tent, sit near the firepit, take a gentle walk in nature, or simply spend time outside in the grass. There is no pressure for sessions to look one particular way—this is a space where your comfort and nervous system needs are honoured.
The acreage offers a slower, softer setting away from the noise of everyday life, with room to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Yes. Virtual counselling is available for those who feel more comfortable meeting from home or need a more flexible option.
Virtual sessions offer the same warm, supportive space—just from wherever you feel most at ease. All you need is a private, comfortable place, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.
For some people, being in their own familiar space can make it easier to settle in, open up, and feel supported.
