Counselling for the Parts of You Ready to Change
For the part of you that is tired of repeating the same patterns.
Tired of disconnecting from yourself.
Tired of holding it all together.
Tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to go next.
Wildly Nourished is a space to slow down, listen deeper, and begin reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be seen, felt, and reclaimed.
My Approach
My approach is warm, intuitive, and rooted in the whole of who you are — mind, body, heart, and soul.
Together, we may explore your story, patterns, trauma, relationships, grief, boundaries, emotions, nervous system, intuition, and the wisdom your body holds.
Sessions may include conversation, reflection, breathwork, grounding, body awareness, gentle movement, hands-on bodywork, energy healing, or time in nature.
Every session is different and guided by what feels safe, supportive, and aligned for you.
Ways We Can Meet
In-Person Counselling
In-person sessions are available in a calm acreage setting — a private, peaceful space to step away from the busyness of everyday life and focus on yourself
Virtual Counselling
Virtual counselling is also available for those who prefer meeting from home or need a flexible option.
Counselling provided by a Registered Psychiatric Nurse may be covered by some insurance plans. Please confirm your coverage with your provider before booking.
A Gentle First Step
You do not need to know exactly what to say before booking. You do not need to have a perfect explanation for what you are feeling.
You only need a willingness to begin.
Together, we can create a space where you feel supported, understood, and gently guided back to the parts of yourself that have always been there beneath survival, trauma, and conditioning.
This work is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering, reclaiming, and reconnecting with who you already are.
